Every cat deserves comfort, dignity, and compassionate care throughout every stage of life.

The death of a beloved companion animal can be one of life’s most profound losses.

Pets are family. They are companions, confidants, sources of comfort, and witnesses to our everyday lives. Yet pet grief is sometimes minimized or misunderstood, leaving people feeling isolated at precisely the moment they need understanding and support.

Pet loss doula support creates space for the emotional and practical aspects of saying goodbye—alongside veterinary care.

My role is not to tell you what you should do or how you should grieve. Instead, I walk beside you as you consider your options, identify what matters most to you and your cat, and make decisions that reflect your own values and circumstances.

Support may begin months before a cat’s passing, during a serious diagnosis or period of decline. It may continue through hospice, quality-of-life conversations, euthanasia planning, the day of passing, aftercare, and the grief that follows.

Afterward, I can help you find resources, create rituals of remembrance, preserve memories, and discover meaningful ways to carry your cat’s memory forward.

There is no single right way to say goodbye. There is only the way that is right for you, your cat, and your family.
